I started consulting Pragya when things went out of hand in 2022. In the beginning I was very unsure of how things can change since the problem was based on the manner of thinking. I shouted, I argued, I blamed and I did almost everything which I would have done to discard but she was very patient. I have been in therapy with Dr. Pragya for ~1 year now. Her sessions have served me above and beyond my expectations. Not only has she helped me navigate my anxiety issues but has been a great catalyst in driving my life's transformation towards my best version. In February 2023, my husband helped me realize that I need external help to deal with my erratic emotions. Soon we found about Mindful TMS clinic and I was diagnosed with depression. My treatment included antidepressant, TMS and therapy sessions with psychologist Dr. Pragya.

Dr. Pragya understands her patients very well and suggests methods suitable for that personality. She does not tell you the ultimate solution to your problem but instead help you realize it on your own during the process itself. Ms Pragya Malik is a great therapist and very helpful counsellor.I visited her for ocd and anxiety issues. I've had a good experience with her. She has done her best to help me with my issues. She's understanding and patient. She is been very supportive and easy to talk with ,making me feel like I can open up a lot. I started seeing pragya mam at a time when my anxiety was at a level of self harm with just 4 months into my sessions with her i was back to my old self, not only did she help me get over the anxiety but also helped me gain back the confidence, i am thankful for all her support during my journey
